Yes. We advise you on passports, visas and each destination's requirements, and guide you through the process. Final documentation depends on each country and can change, so we review it together before you travel.
How many installments can I pay in?
Installments apply to services within Argentina (domestic) and depend on the payment method and the financing available when you book. We show you the options that suit you best before confirming.
What does a package include?
It varies by trip, but we usually combine flights, accommodation, transfers and traveller assistance. Before you book we spell out in writing what's included and what isn't — no surprises.
Can I get traveller assistance through you?
Yes. Through us you can take out any traveller assistance, and we advise you on choosing the one that best fits your trip. It's optional: you decide whether to add it.
What if I need to change or cancel my trip?
Change and cancellation terms depend on each wholesale operator and the fares booked (flights, hotels, etc.). Before booking we tell you the penalties and deadlines that apply so you decide with full information.
