At Volalón we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this site, why, and how you can exercise your rights under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326.

What we collect

Only what you voluntarily enter in the enquiry form: name, email, WhatsApp number, destination of interest, approximate travel date, number of travellers and your message. We do not collect sensitive data or build profiles.

How we use it

Solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a travel proposal. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

How it is processed

The enquiry form builds a message with the details you enter and opens WhatsApp so you can send it to us; the site does not store them on its own server. The WhatsApp conversation is also governed by that platform's policies. If you email us, we use that address only to reply to you.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification, updating and deletion of your data at any time by writing to volalonviajes@gmail.com. In Argentina, the Agency for Access to Public Information, the enforcement authority for Law No. 25.326, handles complaints regarding personal data protection.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version is always the one published on this page.
